TAFE Queensland

Short courses
If you’re not entirely sure what you want to study, you can always start off with a short course. Short courses can be used to suss out a particular field. QLD TAFE offers two kinds of short courses: Accredited short courses that result in a Statement of Attainment (which is what professionals and students are looking for), and non-accredited short courses, or Adult Community Education (ACE) courses (which is where you’ll find the hobbyists).
