Duration Study Load
2 nights per week part-time and run for between 33-40 weeks depending on your level of experience in the industry.

Entry Requirements
- CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) Standard – No pre-requisites
- CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) Experienced – A trade qualification in building and construction or three (3) years of current Australian Building and Construction experience.
Assessment
The course follows a residential construction project from start to finish. The curriculum has been divided into clusters of units that help you develop detailed skills and knowledge around each function of residential building & construction.
